I mainly focus on working with individuals and couples struggling with life transition phases (marriage & commitment, having children, divorce, or ending a relationship), feeling stuck or bogged down in unhelpful patterns, or in life and career motivation.  I also specialize in multicultural aspects of identity exploration and ties and complex family backgrounds, including adoption, death, and lost family connections.

While I enjoy working with all ages and gender expressions, I also particularly enjoy working with men contemplating attending therapy and/or struggling with opening up or connecting in interpersonal/romantic relationships.

I currently live in the SF Bay Area with my teen daughter, a long haired red dachshund, Joy, and a very large, slick black Tom Cat nicknamed “Double G. “
